A sampling and vaccination chair that lowers its seat so the patient sits down, then turns through 360 degrees to bring the arm to the practitioner.
Promotal calls the low entry Sit'n Go: the seat drops so the patient sits rather than climbs, at 50 to 55 cm depending on model. Fixed height is 55 cm, and the variable version runs 51 to 71 cm. The chair then rotates a full 360 degrees, and the arms swivel with their pan, so the practitioner works from whichever side the vein is on.
The upholstery is one piece, with no seam to trap anything, over M1 fire-retardant foam 30 mm thick at 40 kg density, under an antibacterial covering. Two armrests lift off their ball joints for cleaning, two more adjust, and two polyurethane handles are built into the seat. There is an instant emergency position, the circular steel base takes 200 kg, and Promotal warrants the chair two years.
Promotal's own page names blood sampling and vaccination. DNA Nexus confirms the chair also covers infusion.
