How We Build the Market
Regulatory & Scientific Affairs
Our in-house Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team supports product classification, regulatory-pathway assessment, dossier readiness, registration, import-approval and other required submissions for medical and aesthetic technologies in Egypt. Scientific and clinical evidence is reviewed, where relevant, to support compliant labeling and official product claims.
Egypt Market Development
Each proposed technology partnership is supported by an Egypt-specific plan covering regulatory milestones, target customer segments, account prioritization, product positioning, demonstration strategy, official product education, forecasting and rollout governance.
Import & Supply Management
Our in-house Supply Chain & Logistics team manages shipment planning, import coordination, customs-clearance coordination, warehousing, inventory oversight and local delivery. For covered products, DNA Nexus imports in its own name under the applicable EDA and GOEIC registrations or authorizations, uses NAFEZA for shipment processing and engages licensed providers where required.
Training & Lifecycle Support
DNA Nexus coordinates product onboarding and official user training in Egypt. Installation, maintenance, warranty and other technical support are coordinated through the relevant technology partner or appropriately qualified and product-authorized personnel, with technical, complaint and safety escalations routed through documented channels.
