Clinical Product Specialist – Medical & Aesthetic Equipment

New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt · Full-Time · 2 Openings

DNA Nexus Distribution is seeking two Clinical Product Specialists – Medical & Aesthetic Equipment to provide clinical and product support across our medical and aesthetic technology portfolio.

The two-person Clinical Product Specialist team will provide both male and female clinical coverage across the portfolio. As some of our technologies involve intimate health and other patient-sensitive applications for both male and female patients, the two specialists will complement each other in providing appropriate clinical coverage, while both will support the broader, non-gender-specific portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate DNA Nexus medical and aesthetic equipment and technologies at customer clinics/hospitals and at conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Assist the Sales Team by providing clinical and product support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to best advantage.
Provide post-sales customer support and product training at customer clinics/hospitals.
Maintain contact with existing users, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using DNA Nexus products and technologies.
Provide appropriate clinical coverage across general, intimate health, and other patient-sensitive applications.
Collect, analyze, and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information.

Job Requirements

Medical background is a must (Faculty of Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, or Science).
Proven work experience as a Clinical Coordinator or similar role.
Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
Expertise in working under pressure and reacting effectively to emergency situations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Clinical Coordinator.
Strong presentation, communication, and customer-training skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Place of residence: Cairo or Giza.
Ability to travel inside and outside Egypt.

Accounting, HR & Office Manager

New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt · Full-Time

DNA Nexus Distribution is seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting, HR & Office Manager to oversee the company’s accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, expenses, petty cash, and financial records.
Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
Manage month-end and year-end closing, prepare regular financial reports and budgets, and monitor cash flow.
Manage payroll and ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian accounting, tax, VAT, social insurance, and Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) requirements.
Prepare and issue purchase orders to international suppliers, review supplier invoices and payment terms, and maintain accurate supplier accounts.
Arrange and follow up on international bank transfers and foreign-currency payments to suppliers following company approval.
Communicate professionally with customers, international suppliers, banks, external accountants, auditors, and relevant government authorities as required.
Handle routine HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, social insurance, and personnel requirements.
Manage day-to-day office administration, including vendors, office purchases, supplies, documentation, and general office requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with the ability to independently manage the accounting function of a small company.
Strong practical knowledge of Egyptian accounting, taxation, VAT, payroll, social insurance, and ETA requirements and procedures.
Hands-on experience with customer invoicing, collections, banking, supplier payments, account reconciliation, and international supplier transactions.
Experience with purchasing or import-related transactions is an advantage.
Good working knowledge of Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and comfortably manage multiple responsibilities.

Senior Medical & Aesthetic Sales Specialist

Job Description

Drive sales of DNA Nexus medical and aesthetic equipment and technologies.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification through product presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinic owners, managers, hospitals, medical centers, and other healthcare decision-makers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Conduct regular in-person customer visits and product presentations and coordinate with the Clinical Product Specialist for clinical/product demonstrations and workshops when required.
Coordinate with Clinical, Marketing, and other internal teams to support customer education, product demonstrations, and training.
Provide professional post-sales commercial follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities.
Manage customer accounts and maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of customer activity and sales opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and other company sales and promotional activities.
Represent DNA Nexus professionally throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices, aesthetic equipment, healthcare equipment, or a related sales field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative-selling, account-management, pipeline-management, and territory-planning skills.
Ability to deliver compelling product presentations and coordinate with the Clinical Product Specialist for clinical/product demonstrations and customer training.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with physicians, clinic owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
Strong business acumen, including contract review, pricing discussions, ROI, and value-based selling.
Familiarity with the medical and/or aesthetic market and competing technologies.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
Male or female.
Comfortable working in a field-based environment with frequent customer visits.
Good command of written and spoken English.

Medical & Aesthetic Sales Specialist

Job Description

Manage a portfolio of customers including private and public hospitals, clinics, medical centers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote and sell DNA Nexus medical and aesthetic equipment and technologies.
Represent DNA Nexus professionally in meetings with physicians, therapists, facility directors, managers, owners, and other decision-makers.
Actively seek new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate with the Clinical Product Specialist for clinical/product demonstrations when required.
Provide customers with appropriate product advice and consultation throughout the sales process.
Provide professional post-sales commercial follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities.
Develop and execute sales activities to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, professional conferences, workshops, and other company promotional activities, including product presentations.
Work closely with the Clinical Product Specialist and other team members when clinical demonstrations, training, or customer support are required.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, aesthetic equipment, healthcare equipment, or a related sales field.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
