How it works
Concerto works as the combination of two AAMS injectors in one handpiece: the Ultim, used for mesotherapy, and the Carboxy-Pen, used for carboxytherapy. Injection is automatic, delivering rapid, light injections on contact with the skin, and on the carboxytherapy side an electronic system sets the dose, flow and depth of each injection for precise, pain-free delivery of carbon dioxide. All treatment parameters display live on the handpiece's own screen, so the operator can track the protocol as it runs. AAMS recommends that carboxytherapy be carried out preferably before mesotherapy sessions: it increases blood flow, which AAMS states amplifies the effects of the mesotherapy products.
