How it works
Plasma Gun applies three interchangeable tips across a single large application surface. In hot mode, a patented tip generates a micro-arc by ionising the ambient air, and AAMS states the resulting plasma stimulates production of collagen, elastin and fibroblasts; AAMS reserves this tip for trained and qualified physicians. In cold mode, a patented DBD C tip is built with specific materials that conserve the temperature it generates, so the plasma energy diffuses over a wide area and the skin absorbs it without pain or heat sensation. In hybrid mode, the patented DBD H tip, which AAMS marks with the same physician-only restriction as the hot tip, is applied in direct contact with the skin: its Dielectric Barrier Discharge technology holds the plasma at a constant distance from the skin, and AAMS's Hybrid Mode program electronically sets the exact dose delivered at each point for a standardised, homogeneous intensity.
