CONCERTO is dual-function, mesotherapy and carboxytherapy in one handpiece. ULTIM is a dedicated mesotherapy injector. Carboxy-Pen is a dedicated carboxytherapy injector. CONCERTO and Carboxy-Pen are never presented as the same device.
